If you're a long-term resident (over 5 years) of RBKC and can prove you are over 60 and are on a low income/benefit and you also have a PC (not a MAC/Apple product, sorry) then we can probably help with a few simple things things like


 1. System malfunctions (Windows)

 2. Connection Issues

 3. Security
